CONCLUSIONS
These outcomes show that cis-elements and transcription components localizing within the 5′ flanking area together with the 5′ UTR and an intron are essential for transcriptional regulation of the CVH gene in rooster PGCs. Lastly, this data will contribute to analysis research in areas of reproductive biology, establishing of germ cell-specific artificial promoter for tracing primordial germ cells in addition to understanding the transcriptional regulation for sustaining germness in PGCs.
